FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Songistry’s core business?

Songistry helps copyright holders host, and manage their songs on our MDIIO platform, and provides them with Sync Licensing opportunities through our hyprAUDIO music licensing search engine, all powered with AI. When licenses are placed via hyprAUDIO or Bopper, Songistry takes a percentage of the placement fee.

How does Songistry charge for its services?

When songs are licensed via hyprAUDIO, there is a placement fee that is incurred by using our services. That fee is 20% of the total budget for the placement opportunity.  Fees on Bopper, as it is a curated platform are 50%.

How is Songistry different from other companies in the space?

No other company operating in either catalogue management, file hosting, or as a sync placement platform combines the full stop features found in our MDIIO platform, or leverages AI to supercharge the process of adding metadata, and exposing those songs via a powerful search to aid discovery. Our platform is one-of-a-kind in the industry.

What is Sync Licensing?

Anytime you hear music in a TV Show, Movie, Advertisement, Video Game, or Youtube video, that music requires a license, in this case a "Sync License".   hyprAUDIO and Bopper make it easier than ever before to discover, clear and license music. No other platform comes close.
